I set out to write a book about the broader baking community of which I'm proud to be a part of.
In my most recent publication, Living Bread, I spotlight some of the world's best bakers. Over the past 30 years, I have traveled the world to talk with bakers about their passion for the craft of bread baking. I am thrilled to now share these stories.
Over the coming months, I will share stores from my travels, snippets of practical food science, the history of bread baking, and the stories of the complex culture that has formed around baking bread. Not to mention some of my favorite recipes.
